the art of fine food, spirits, cocktails

crafted for connection

Welcome to The House of Mosaic

Mosaic is the idea that something beautiful emerges when diverse elements come together—a celebration of artistry, culture, and connection.

Built on that vision, The House of Mosaic brings together a micro-distillery, shared dining, handcrafted cocktails, and fresh-baked breads into a communal, center-of-the-table experience. It’s a place where food, drink, and craft are meant to be enjoyed together.

Beyond the table, we offer dynamic indoor and outdoor spaces for live music, arts, and events—featuring collaborations with local and regional partners across food, beverage, and the creative arts, including agriculture and distillery tourism.

At its heart, The House of Mosaic is a place to gather, share, and be inspired—where community and creativity come together.

the art of distilling

carefully refined

Every bottle we make goes through a series of processes to ensure the highest quality. We use a mosaic of talents from our distillery and culinary team to our mixologist to taste, vet and refine each batch.

THE SPIRIT OF THE CRAFT

Our handcrafted approach—led by a father-and-son team—embodies the spirit of collaboration at the heart of Mosaic and everything we create.

Twice distilled for exceptional smoothness, our corn-based vodka blends the purity of nature with the precision of science. From this foundation, our gin is carefully crafted with curated botanicals, resulting in spirits that are equally suited for refined sipping or elevated cocktails.

Each pour reflects a commitment to passion, tradition, and creativity—crafted in the heart of Michigan.

Looking ahead, our distillers are developing a full line of spirits, with vodka, gin, whiskey, and rum set to debut in 2026.

BESPOKE COCKTAILS

Rooted in family tradition, our cocktails reflect the same creativity and passion as our distillery.

Crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients, each drink is a vibrant blend of layered flavors—offering something new with every visit.

This season, enjoy elevated cocktails that showcase the smooth character of our handcrafted spirits.

Our menus highlight old-world style cuisine with modern culinary influences, featuring a blend of traditions and cultures across Europe, Asia and the Mediterranean.

We take pride in showcasing the vibrant flavors of our local Michigan farms, including hand-rolled sausages, creamy house ricotta and ramp butter, and family-style grazing platters.

We invite you to join us on a delicious journey that celebrates heritage while embracing innovation, from the passions and creativity of our family and staff.

ARTISANAL BREADS

We take pride in serving artisanal breads that elevate every meal—from our house-baked Neapolitan flatbread to locally sourced loaves.

Crafted in collaboration with Sarkozy Bakery in Kalamazoo, our seasonal selections—including sourdough, pumpernickel, and our signature braided rye pretzel—reflect a commitment to quality and tradition.

Perfectly paired with our menu, each loaf enhances flavors from our butter flights to house-made dips.

LOCAL FARMS & PARTNERS

At Mosaic, we believe that true culinary excellence begins with the quality of our ingredients, and
that's why local Michigan farms are at the heart
of what we do.

We are immensely proud to showcase the incredible farms and partners in our community who share our passion for sustainability, quality, and flavor.

Our goal - to bring the farm-to-table experience and celebrate the rich bounty of Michigan's agricultural heritage to your table for you.
